Terms of Service

Effective October 10, 2026

1. About raezi

Raesine LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), based in California, United States, provides raezi, a platform for gyms, trainers, and clients to manage training plans, activities, and progress. These terms govern your use of our app and website. If you use raezi for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these terms. Gyms and trainers must not create client profiles for anyone under 18. Do not create an account for someone else without authority or use raezi where doing so would violate applicable law.

2. Accounts and gym access

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share credentials, impersonate others, or attempt to access another person's information without permission.

Gym owners manage their organization's membership and access. Trainers and clients receive access according to their roles and assignments. An invitation does not guarantee approval or continued membership. A gym's coaching services and any separate fees for those services are governed by its agreement with you, not by an app subscription.

3. Plans and client limits

Plan limits apply across the organization, not separately to each trainer. The free plan permits up to two active clients. Pending requests do not consume active-client capacity. Additional approvals may be blocked when the organization reaches its limit.

For paid plans, the purchase screen will identify the included client allowance, billing period, and price. Only an authorized billing owner should purchase a plan for the organization. Invited trainers and clients do not need separate raezi subscriptions to use the organization's included access.

Reaching a client limit does not authorize us to charge you for a higher plan. Sandbox test purchases do not create a production paid organization plan.

4. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

If you choose a paid subscription, its total price, billing frequency, applicable taxes, and renewal terms will be shown before you confirm. Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew for the selected period until canceled. Annual subscriptions are billed for the full year upfront; a displayed monthly equivalent is not monthly billing.

For purchases through Apple or Google, payment is handled by the store account used to purchase. You can cancel renewal through that store's subscription settings. Cancel before the renewal date shown by the store to avoid the next charge. Uninstalling raezi or deleting your raezi account does not cancel a store subscription.

For web purchases, RevenueCat manages subscriptions and Stripe processes payments. Manage or cancel renewal using the customer portal linked from your billing emails or raezi subscription settings. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a web subscription.

For web subscriptions, cancellation keeps paid access available until the paid period ends. Refund requests are reviewed individually; contact hello@worrink.com. We honor refunds required by applicable law. An approved refund may end the corresponding paid access.

Cancellation ordinarily leaves paid access available through the end of the paid period, unless a refund or other applicable rule ends access sooner. Refund requests are subject to the purchasing platform's process and applicable law. Nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

We will provide notices and obtain consent for renewals, price changes, and other subscription changes where required by applicable law. A free account does not automatically become a paid subscription. Any trial that converts to a paid subscription must disclose its duration, future charge, and cancellation terms before enrollment.

5. Fitness and health information

raezi provides tracking and coordination tools, not medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Activity measurements and progress estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate. Training results are not guaranteed.

Consider your health and abilities before exercising, and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate. Trainers and gyms remain responsible for the advice and programs they provide. Health-data connections are optional and require your permission; device permissions can be managed in your device settings.

6. Your content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Raesine LLC permission to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide raezi to you and the people you authorize. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit information, including information about clients.

Do not use raezi for unlawful conduct, harassment, infringing content, malicious software, unauthorized data collection, or interference with the service. Do not bypass access controls, client limits, or subscription verification.

Raesine LLC and its licensors retain rights to raezi's software, branding, and other service materials. These terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of it.

7. Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy describes our handling of personal and health information. These terms are not a substitute for that policy or for consent to health-data access.

You can request account deletion using raezi's account controls or the public account-deletion page. That page explains the deletion process and information that may remain. Removing your account may prevent you from accessing your organization and its records. Separately cancel any web or store subscription you no longer want.

8. Service changes and suspension

We may update raezi to improve it, address security issues, or meet legal requirements. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a material breach of these terms, security risks, or a legal obligation. Where practicable and legally permitted, we will explain a restriction and provide an opportunity to resolve it.

Internet connections, devices, and third-party services can affect availability. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Governing law and changes to these terms

California law and applicable United States federal law govern these terms, without depriving you of mandatory protections under the laws that apply to you. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim in an appropriate court.

We will publish updated terms with their effective date and provide notice of material changes as required by law. Where a change requires your agreement, we will seek it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
