raezi is operated by Raesine LLC.
Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Raesine LLC, based in California, United States, operates raezi, an app and website for gyms, trainers, and clients to coordinate training and track progress. This policy describes information handled through raezi. Contact us at hello@worrink.com for privacy questions or requests.
Your gym or trainer may maintain separate records outside raezi. Ask them about their own privacy practices; this policy describes Raesine LLC's handling of information.
2. Information we collect
- Account and profile information: name, email address, account identifier, authentication information, and phone number where provided. Our authentication provider processes sign-in credentials.
- Gym and coaching information: organization membership, role, invitations, access requests, trainer assignments, training plans and completions, goals, group and class membership, attendance, and information submitted in announcements or other supported forms.
- Fitness information: weigh-ins, height, starting and goal weights and dates, activity progress, and challenge participation and results, when you or your authorized coach provide or generate them.
- Optional connected health information: daily step and active-calorie totals from Apple Health or Health Connect, associated dates and time zones, source information, sync status, and health-sharing consent records.
- Subscription information: when subscription features are used, the account identifier sent to RevenueCat, product and transaction information, purchase and renewal status, and entitlement status. Apple or Google handles payment details for store purchases. For web purchases, RevenueCat and Stripe process checkout, billing contact details, billing addresses where needed, and payment information. raezi does not store your full payment-card number.
- Technical and support information: information included in your support messages, and operational or authentication records that can include timestamps, account identifiers, IP addresses, browser or device details, and errors.
Information comes from you, authorized gym staff, your use of raezi, connected health services you permit, and service providers supporting those features. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary medical information to our support email.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts; manage gym membership and permissions; provide coaching, classes, activity tracking, and progress views; synchronize permitted health totals; manage subscription status where available; answer requests; troubleshoot problems; protect the service; and meet applicable legal obligations.
We do not use Apple Health or Health Connect information for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, or unrelated eligibility decisions. The current app integration does not include targeted advertising or advertising-tracking SDKs.
4. Optional Apple Health and Health Connect access
Connecting a health service is optional. With your permission, raezi reads steps and active energy, calculates daily activity totals, and sends those totals to our backend, linked to your account. The integration requests read access and does not write health records to Apple Health or Health Connect.
You, your organization's active owners, and your currently assigned active trainer can view your private activity totals. Other clients and unassigned trainers do not receive access to those private health views. Health-sharing disclosures appear before connection.
You can decline access and continue using other app features. You can revoke permissions in Apple Health or Health Connect settings. Revoking permission stops future access to those health records but does not erase totals already stored in raezi. Use account deletion or contact us about deletion requests. Deleting raezi data does not delete original records in Apple Health or Health Connect.
5. Who receives information
- Your gym: owners and assigned trainers receive information needed for their authorized coaching roles. Shared class or group features expose relevant membership, scheduling, and attendance information to authorized participants or staff. Shared rosters do not give every trainer access to private weight or health histories.
- Challenge participants: participating in a challenge can make your display name, ranking, and challenge results visible through that challenge's leaderboard. This is distinct from access to your private coaching and health-history views.
- Service providers: Supabase supports authentication and database storage; Vercel hosts the web application and API; RevenueCat manages subscriptions and Stripe processes web payments and tax calculation. Providers receive information needed for their function. We do not send your steps, calories, or weigh-ins to RevenueCat or Stripe through the subscription integration.
- Apple and Google: their health services handle your platform permissions, and their stores handle purchases made through those stores under their respective policies.
- Legal and security recipients: we may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect people or the service, or establish or defend legal rights.
If a business transfer affects information we hold, we will address that transfer under applicable privacy law and provide any required notice. We do not authorize recipients to use connected health information for advertising or data brokerage.
6. Local storage and tracking choices
raezi uses browser or device storage, and authentication cookies where applicable, to maintain sessions and remember settings or permission prompts. Clearing this storage may sign you out or reset local preferences.
The current application does not use cross-site advertising tracking. It does not implement a separate response to browser Do Not Track signals. Privacy requests can be sent to our contact address. Before introducing materially different tracking or advertising practices, we will update disclosures and obtain consent where required.
7. Retention and deletion
Account, coaching, and synchronized health records are retained to provide account history while your account remains active, unless removed through an available feature or a fulfilled deletion request. Turning off synchronization alone does not delete history.
You can delete your account through the app's account controls or the public account-deletion page. After a successful deletion, the application removes your sign-in account and associated profile, participation, health connections, synchronized steps and active-calorie records, and other account-linked records covered by its deletion process. If deletion fails, the account remains and an error is shown.
Shared challenge titles and descriptions and operational event history can remain for the life of the service with their creator or actor account reference removed. Text you previously entered may itself contain identifying information. Contact us if such retained content includes personal information you want reviewed for deletion.
Supabase authentication audit logs and hosting logs or backups are separate from live application records and are subject to provider and project retention settings. Account deletion does not currently automatically delete the separate RevenueCat customer record or store transaction records. Contact us to request review of those records; some transaction information may need to remain for legal or accounting purposes. We do not promise immediate deletion from all provider logs, backups, or store systems.
Deleting an account does not cancel a web, Apple, or Google subscription. Cancel renewal through the web customer portal or the store that processed your purchase.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You can review information available in the app, manage health permissions, request corrections, and request access or deletion by emailing hello@worrink.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before disclosing or changing records. We will request only the verification information reasonably needed to handle the request.
Depending on the laws that apply, you may have rights to know or access information, obtain a portable copy, correct information, delete information, opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. These rights can have exceptions. Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authority.
We will handle requests under applicable law. Mention the account email and the request you want us to address; do not include your password. A gym's independent records may require a separate request to that gym.
9. Security and processing locations
We use authenticated access, role-based authorization, and service-provider safeguards to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Raesine LLC operates in the United States. Our providers may process information in locations where they operate, subject to applicable law and their service arrangements. We do not promise that all information is stored exclusively in California or the United States.
10. Children and age eligibility
raezi is intended only for adults age 18 and older. People under 18 must not create accounts or use raezi, and gyms and trainers must not create client profiles for minors.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If you believe a minor's information has been provided, contact hello@worrink.com so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to remove it.
11. Changes and contact
We will post policy updates with an effective date and provide additional notice or seek consent for material changes where required.
